The spring is a fascinating season here in Nova Levante – Carezza. After the snow clears day after day on higher and higher elevations, flowers begin to blossom in their fascinating colors. From end of May to mid of June is the period in which Alpine roses, Gentian, Primroses, Daisies and many others blossom. And this is just the right period to hike on intermediate altitudes on Rosengarten and Latemar between 1.000mand 2.000m on green meadows full of Dolomite-mountain flowers

In addition, the mountain lake fill up because of the snow-melting water flowing through underground fountains, and filling up both lake Carezza, known for its spectacular colors, ranging from deep blue to emerald, and Lake Mittersee, just a half hour walking distance from Lake Carezza. From Hotel ADLER walk through a picturesque wood to reach the lake Carezza in only about 20 minutes on foot (1km) while listening to the calm and the comforting flush of the river. Can you smell the air scenting slightly after the perfume of vanilla.
