The breakfast for instance, the most important detail to start well shaped into your holiday, consists of a buffet with fresh fruits, yogurt and diary products from the best producers of South Tyrol, so as to wholemeal bread and cereals, which are of excellent quality. On request eggs are prepared in the way just as you like theme best.
For dinner again healthy and genuine products are delivered mainly from local farms and then prepared and carefully cooked in the best tradition of Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine. The food is a true and proper culinary seduction, tasty and at the same time poor of fat. And good meals are always accompanied by a refined selection of wines, here at the ADLER mainly from the top wine production region of Alto Adige and Trentino.
Throughout the day there is always a menu with simple dishes, such as the raw ham Südtiroler Speck PGI, an assorted cheese dish including the Puzzone di Moena, or Asiago or Grana and of course the well known home-made cakes, such as the apple strudel, the torta della nonna and many more.
