The above rates are in € (Euro), and include all taxes
and expenses. The bed & breakfast rate includes a rich breakfast buffet with fresh
fruits, yogurt and diary products from the best local farmers, bread made of
integral grain and cereals of best quality. When staying for a week, the Bonus
card is offered for free and offers various advantages to our guests, including some discounts on lifts
in Nova Levante - Carezza during summer, and
some reductions in participating shops. The parking lot for your car is included
as well.
Since mid of July 2009 the new relaxing area with panoramic view onto the nearby Latemar
forest is ready to be discovered, an ideal location to indulge. In addition
you may relax after the skiing excursions in the new glassed Sanarium® and in the steam bath.
The half board additionally includes a four course menu dinner, which is
prepared in respect of a light cuisine. The specialties are South Tyrolean and Mediterranean.
All rooms are equipped with balcony, telephone and security box and have a private bathroom with shower. The rooms are to your availability from 3pm. We kindly ask you to leave the room by 10am, in order to well prepare them for the next visitors arriving. Furthermore we kindly ask you in order to provide a good service, to inform us if you should arrive after 7pm.
Children sharing their parent's rooms have a reduction of 50% up to the age of 3 years, and a reduction of 20% up to the age of 12 years.
In order to confirm the booking we kindly ask you to send us a security payment of € 100,00 per person. The payment may be done through bank transaction to our bank account: iban IT36R 05856 58650 026571162303 swift BPAAIT2B026. Alternatively please communicate your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) details (card holder, number and expiry date) with a written notice allowing us to withdraw the amount of the deposit. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure we may withhold the deposit.
