Hotel ADLER processes personal data from customers and suppliers and all those
who communicate voluntarily through the means of phone, fax, e-mail, fill-in
forms on our website and/or postal mail). In addition Hotel ADLER may treat
personal data of ordinary type collected from third parties such as public
directories. We guarantee under the statutory provisions that the processing of personal data
are carried out in respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms concerning
the dignity of the person, with particular reference to privacy, personal
identity and the protection of personal data.
The purpose of the data processing is to fulfill legal obligations, regulations,
and legislation, civil and tax rules, any contractual obligations with the
individual, and to comply with activities related to operations in our company.
Furthermore it may be used to the compilation of statistics, for billing,
accounting, and sending news and general information about the hotel and its
offers (by post, fax and e-mail)
Scope of communication and distribution
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, personal data will be communicated,
when necessary, to public administrations and authorities, as required by law,
and to credit institutions with whom we have relations for the management of
credit/debit and financial intermediation, as well as to all those individuals
and/or legal, public and/or private institutions, when the communication is
necessary or functional for the performance of our and suppliers/producers'
business in order to process products/services. Anyhow, the personal data
processed by our company is not subject to disclosure.

paragraph 1, ltr. a. The treatment will be carried out precautiously to ensure

method of the treatment and the logic applied of its processing.
The person has furthermore the right to update, correct and integrate, or
cancel, or change data to become anonymous or block data if in violation with
law. The individual has also the right to object, in whole or in part, for
legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, and
without reason, the sending of advertising material or direct mailing or the
completion of market research or other commercial purposes. These rights may be
exercised, also through a designated person, addressing the request to the
